1. The short version

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking. We do not profile visitors, and we have nothing to ask your consent for.

An earlier version of this site let you pick a light or dark appearance and remembered the choice. That option is gone, and the stored preference is now deleted the moment you open any page here.

2. What is stored in your browser

Nothing. No cookies, and nothing in local or session storage. There is no table here because there is no entry to put in it.

Under section 165 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, consent is required before anything is stored on your device unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. We store nothing at all, so the question does not arise.

3. No third-party requests

Fonts, icons, images and scripts on this website are served from our own domain. Opening a page does not contact Google Fonts, a content delivery network, a social network or any analytics provider, so no other company receives your IP address or learns which page you are reading.

Links out to other websites are ordinary links: nothing is requested from those sites until you follow one.

4. Contacting us

The contact form and the demo request form on this website open a message in your own email program. Nothing is submitted to a server here, and nothing is stored, until you choose to send that message.

5. The Bankwards platform

The application you sign in to is a different matter: it must keep you signed in, and it uses strictly necessary session storage to do so. What it collects and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

If we ever add a service that does set cookies, we will ask for your consent before it loads and this page will say what it is. Questions about any of the above can go to support@bankwards.com.
